Every Soul Shall Taste Death
And spend from what We have provided you before death approaches any one of you and he then says, “My Lord! Why did you not give me respite for a little while, so I would have given charity and become of the virtuous? (Quran 63, 10)
May Allah Almighty forgive the deceased and provide you, your family and friends with patience during this difficult time. May Allah bless the soul of the deceased and grant the highest stations in paradise.
If any one of you see a funeral procession and he is not going along with it, then he should stand and remain standing till he gets behind it, or it leaves him behind, or the coffin is put down before it goes ahead of him.
